We offer over a hundred floorplans, from a cabin retreat in the mountains to the home of your dreams on an acreage and everything in between. We have floorplans ranging in size from 600 sq ft to 2600 sq ft. We have homes with decks, covered porches, 1 or 2 car garages. Many of our floorplans can be built to either HUD code manufactured home specifications or UBC/IRC modular specifications. At Magnolia Home Center we offer our customers the choice of customizing their own plans.
